Refund Policy

A refund request is accepted within 48 hours of payment. After that window, requests are not accepted.

Once approved, access is activated within 8 hours at most.

Open a ticket from the support page with your email, the payment transaction ID and the reason.

The request is answered after reviewing your record and the access already used.

Breaches of the terms such as account sharing or recording/redistributing content.

Requests submitted after the window above.

Refunds are sent back to the same Binance Pay account or TRC20 address used for payment. Network fees may be deducted depending on the network used.
